Where was Rick Snyder before he decided he wanted to be governor? He was out hanging with Phil Power's Center for Michigan. Joe Schwarz who campaigned on raisingtaxes in 2002 is also a member of that group. <br><br>I never saw Snyder at any GOP event before his run.
