Made it to Arlington

After a long bus ride without a lot of sleep, we’ve made it to Arlington for the Defending the American Dream conference.

The Michigan buses were the first to arrive, however there are a lot of issues (apparently with DHCP client / server limitations) that has resulted in internet for Blogger’s row more or less not working. Some people can get access, others can’t. And those who can are having issues. So I think I’m going to go see some sights for a while before the health care rally at 2pm, there doesn’t seem to be much a point in me hanging around here if nothing works.Right now I’m leeching off of someone’s little Spring 3g connector…and the 3g on my t-mobile my-touch is substantially faster.

Apparently, also to my dismay, the Michigan Bloggers are being put into the Sheradin, not the Mariott where the conference is. Not my idea of the ideal time but I’ll take it. I’ll have some pictures and hopefully some interviews up later.

Till then, follow @johncruz on twitter for updates. Hopefully things will be up and running soon.
